Check for knob and tube wiring and for any exposed or unsafe wiring conditions. Determine if aluminum branch circuit wiring is present. HVAC Systems - Report on the condition of the HVAC system. This includes determining the age of the system, system brand, and if the system has been upgraded. Plumbing - Report on the type of plumbing, Inspect connections and fixtures, and verify if any leaks have occurred or are present at the time of inspections.
